- App usage and interaction data (features used, screens viewed, time spent in app)

Information from Third Parties
- If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we receive limited transaction information from Apple or Google (such as subscription status and renewal dates) but we do not receive your full payment card details, which are handled entirely by Apple or Google.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Track your self-reported nicotine pouch usage and display your personal progress and trends

This may involve sharing limited, hashed information (such as a hashed email address) with Meta for ad matching and measurement purposes.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized website sessions and generates heatmaps so we can see how visitors interact with our pages

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
